Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.

Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery if possible.
Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video for prompt assistance.
